Belinda is a highly skilled and compassionate professional with a diverse background in Psychology and Rehabilitation Counselling. With 8 years of experience in the field, she specialises in vocational and life skills coaching, positive psychology, motivational counselling, and child and family therapy. Throughout her career, Belinda has developed a deep understanding and passion for supporting individuals in overcoming physical and emotional challenges associated with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. She utilizes various therapy techniques through a trauma-informed lens to empower her clients towards healing and recovery. Additionally, Belinda is a certified Yoga Teacher, having completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. She seamlessly integrates Asana, Meditation, and Breathing techniques into her coaching and counselling sessions, offering a holistic approach to treatment that nurtures both the mind and body.

I’ve always been passionate about health, though in the past sadly focused solely on my external appearance, neglecting the connection between mental and physical well-being. Despite looking healthy, I struggled with body image issues, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and burnout from putting others’ needs before my own. For years, fatigue and emotional distress, compounded by scoliosis, affected my personal relationships and happiness. Eventually turning to yoga and psychology, I discovered self-compassion and personal growth. This led to my career in counselling, specialising in anxiety, depression, and holistic wellness, then becoming a certified yoga instructor. In my counselling sessions, I aim to create a supportive space where individuals can explore their true selves, cultivate self-compassion, and unlock their full health potential.
